RE: HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT
Dear Lance:
This is to affirm our conversation regarding the development of my home site. It is my understanding that the design submitted to you and revised yesterday by me, Bob Wojick of the Engineering Dept. and yourself (which you have a copy of) is an acceptable plan to the Planning and Engineering
Departments, more particularly the Planning Department, and I will be issued a Hillside Development Permit for the site.
Additionally, condition #18 of the Variance Request approved
on December 16, 1987 at the Planning Commission hearing is
satisfied by Fire Marshall Mike Smith's approval of our most recent site re -design.
Not hearing anything to the contrary, we shall proceed with
the re-engineering of the Grading Plan to reflect the agreed
upon site design and shall submit to the City for approval and the Hillside Development Permit.
