Dear Lance:
Thank you for your letter of April 3, 1989. I was disheartened,
though, by your preliminary indications and response. I trust that our
continued dialogue and discussion will be able to make the Planning Department satisfied as to our positive efforts.
I have received letters from my soils engineer and the project grader, as per your suggestion. We are also in the process of preparing the map for Engineering Department to show what improvements have actually been done for the pad, as per Warren Campbell's request.
Presently, my only request is that you fy, in detail, all of the issues that you feel exist which cause say that the work which has been done on the lot is inconsistent with my Hillside Development Permit 87-7. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible so an move this project forward to completion.
