RE: ADJUSTMENT PLAT, MS 533
Dear Mr. Hubbs:
Per our conversation, this is a confirmation of what I believe
to be a mutual understanding regarding our proposed adjustment
plat for MS 533.
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
The Adjustment Plat process is acceptable.
The Acess Easement for Parcel 3 shall be recorded
prior to the approval of the Adjustment Plat.
The variance for the Acess Easement shall be processed
concurrent with the Adjustment Plat.
The neighborhood shall be noticed within 300 feet of the project regarding the Adjustment Plat.
A Record of Survey shall record concurrently with the
Adjustment Plat.
Should this in fact be the understanding of the Engineering
Department, please acknowledge on the enclosed copy and return
to me. I look forward to being able to finally resolve this
matter.
The aforementioned points accurately
reflect the position of the Engineers
Department in the City of Carlsbad
regarding this project.
