Von Packard DIVERSIFIED INVESTMENTS 725 Grand Avenue Carlsbad, CA 92008 ADJUSTMENT PLAT OVER HINOR SUBDIVISION NO. 533 In response to your letter of March 25, 1987 I would like to clarify the following two items: 1. No variance is required for an access easement as stated in your Item Number 3. 2. As for Item Number 4, you are required to submit the standard forms necessary to notify the owners within a 300-foot radius by mail. The other items stated in your letter are substantially LBH:lch TELEPHONE (61 9) 438-1 161 b March 25, 1987 Mr. Lloyd Hubbs City Engineer City of Carlsbad RE: ADJUSTMENT PLAT, MS 533 Dear Mr. Hubbs: Per our conversation, this is a confirmation of what I believe to be a mutual understanding regarding our proposed adjustment plat for MS 533. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The Adjustment Plat process is acceptable. The Acess Easement for Parcel 3 shall be recorded prior to the approval of the Adjustment Plat. The variance for the Acess Easement shall be processed concurrent with the Adjustment Plat. The neighborhood shall be noticed within 300 feet of the project regarding the Adjustment Plat. A Record of Survey shall record concurrently with the Adjustment Plat. Should this in fact be the understanding of the Engineering Department, please acknowledge on the enclosed copy and return to me. I look forward to being able to finally resolve this matter.
