Thank you for your letter of 4-21/89. We look forward to receiving your
comprehensive packet of information to evaluate your revision request.
Your October 1988 request for "AS Built" changes identifies the major
inconsistency with your Hillside Development, Grading and Coastal Development Permits. As outlined in our April 3, 1989 letter, you should also clearly shown how your proposed "AS Built" differs from your approved permits. Major issues
identified at that time where differences in house pad, slopes, screening landscaping and house placement. Since we have yet to receive this comprehensive package of information for evaluation, staff is unable to identify in detail all issues regarding your proposed changes. With your comprehensive identification of proposed changes, staff will be able to comprehensively identify all issues.
We look forward to receiving that package
review of your request for permit changes.
