The unimproved Wield Stmet right of way pmposed to be impmved as a pubtic parking lot
was considered as a parking memoir by the Tnnsportau 'an Analysis ptrformed for the pmject
by Urban Systenu Associates. Since no famrnlited parking spaces exis within the unimproved
right of way, the analysis includes the number of pMlllel puking spaces which could be
accommodated along both sides of the right of way in the exidng puking space inventory.
By improving the right of way as apdcing 1a.a net incrwsc of 26 qmcu in this informal area
is achieved and considered as paxtial replacement perldng fix the rsduction of 38 parking spaces
Way. Exccp as mitigation ruce~~~y to replace on-scxeet parking, the located on
improvement of Garfield Saat is not required fm this project.
