DESCRIPTION
All that portion of the Northwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 12 South, Range
t West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of
San Diego, County of San Diego, State of California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said North-
west Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 00 45' 43" West (South 0 1 111 00" West, Record per Record of Survey
Map No. 6269) along the Westerly line of said Northwest
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 166.73 feet to an inter-
section with the Northeasterly line of that certain 200.00
foot wide strip of land described in a grant of right of
way for electric transmission lines to San Diego Gas &'
Electric Company, recorded May 12, 1954, as Document No.
62394 in Book 5235 at Page 130 of Official Records of said
County of San Diego; thence South 60° 36' 27" past (South 610 07' 53" East, Record per said grant of right of way)
along the said Northeasterly right of way line 909.07 feet
to the most Southerly corner of the land described in Parcel
1 of Deed to San Diego Gas & Electric Company recorded
September 11, 1968 at Recorder's File/Page No. 156163 of
said Official Records, said corner being the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence North 29 0 23' 33" East, 345.00 feet to
the most Easterly corner thereof; thence North 60 0 36' 27" West, 265.00 feet to the most Northerly corner thereof;
thence South 29 0 23' 33" West, 345.00 feet to the South-
westerly line of said Parcel 1; thence South 60° 36' 27"
East, 265.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
