A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A RECLASSIFICATION
IN ZONE FROM R-1-15,000 AND R-T TO C-T-Q ON PROPERTIES
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ADAMS STREET AND
HARRISON STREET BETWEEN HOOVER STREET AND 1-5
APPLICANT: CITY OF CARLSBAD

WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of April 11, 1984, the
Planning Commission directed staff to set to public hearing the
consideration of rezoning those R-1-15,000 and R-T Lots on the sou :h
side of Adams Street and Harrison Street between 1-5 and Hoover
Street to C-T.
WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing shall be given in
the manner prescribed by law.
Therefore, the Planning Commission of the City of CarlsbaJ
does hereby resolve as follows:
That it does hereby declare its intention to hold a publi
hearing in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, on May 9, 1984 at 7:00 P. M, to consider recommending,
to the City Council, a change of zone from R-1-15,000 and R-T to
C-T-Q on properties generally located on the south side of Adams
Street and Harrison Street, between Hoover Street and 1-5, more
particularly described on file in the Planning Department, City of
Carlsbad.
