WHEREAS, notice of said public hearing shall be given in the manner prescribed by law. Therefore, the Planning Commission of the City of CarlsbaJ does hereby resolve as follows: That it does hereby declare its intention to hold a publi hearing in the City Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California, on May 9, 1984 at 7:00 P.
