Developer First Darthron Associates, a partnership
Gentlemen:
It has come to our attention that First Darthron Associates
has applied for a zone change on the above-referenced parcel
of land, generally located on Forest Street between Hosp
Way and Calle Arroyo and has evaluated the impact of that
request on the facilities of the District.
Inasmuch as this request would have no direct impact upon
the enrollment of students in the Carlsbad Unified School
District, we will not require an agreement or contributions
from the property owners as a result of the zone change.
However, when development of the property is proposed,
we would need that information for further evaluation.
It is highly likely that school contributions would be
required at that time.
