Inasmuch as this request would have no direct impact upon the enrollment of students in the Carlsbad Unified School District, we will not require an agreement or contributions from the property owners as a result of the zone change. However, when development of the property is proposed, we would need that information for further evaluation. It is highly likely that school contributions would be required at that time.
