All manufacturing, assembling, compounding, fabrication, packaging, processing or treating operations shall be conducted entirely within an enclosed building. B. All outdoor storage including equipment shall be completely enclosed by a solid concrete or masonry wall not less than 6 feet in hei ght. Vibration, Heat, Glare, Electrical Distrubance: No use shall be p~rmitted'whiEh cieat~i vib~atiori::~eaii ~tare or electrical disturbance beyond the boundaries of the site C.
