Section I. Ordinance No. 9060 is hereby amended by adding

Section Buildtng Height: No building shall 'exceed a
height of 35 feet unless a Specific Plan providing for a
higher maximum height has been adopted.
Section : Front Yard: There shall be a front yard of not
less than 20 feet in depth with exceptions as foliliows:
A. 15 feet shall be permitted providing carport or
garage openings do not face onto the front yard;
B. 10 feet shall be permitted providing carport or
garage openings do not face onto the front yard and,
that the remaining front yard is landscaped with a
combination of flowers, shrubs, trees, and irrigated
with a sprinkler system. Landscape plans and irriga~
tion system plans shall be approved by the Planning
Dep~rtment prior to issuance of a building permtt for
a proposed structure,

A. Interior lots shall have a side yard on each side of

B. Corner lots and reversed corner lots shall have side

2) On any' side of a lot which is adjacent to a street,
the side yard shall he 10 feet with exception of:

A. All manufacturing, assembling, compounding, fabrication,
packaging, processing or treating operations shall be
conducted entirely within an enclosed building.
B. All outdoor storage including equipment shall be completely
enclosed by a solid concrete or masonry wall not less than
6 feet in hei ght. Said wa 11 shall screen the stored
materials from the view of the adjoining properties or
streets. If due to site conditions complete visual
screening of s to red materials is not possible, trees and
other plant materials shall be used, upon approval of the
planning Department, in addition to t~e wall to obtain
maximum visual screening.
16 SECTION LIMITATIONS UPON EXTERNAL EFFECTS: The following

A. Noise: No use shall be permitted which creates a sound
level beyond the boundaries of the site in excess of forty-
five (45) decibels. Sound level shall be measured with
an instrument which is in accordance with the American
Standard for Sound Level Meters, Z 24.3, and response
curve IIAII given in this Standard shall be used.
B. Vibration, Heat, Glare, Electrical Distrubance: No use
shall be p~rmitted'whiEh cieat~i vib~atiori::~eaii ~tare
or electrical disturbance beyond the boundaries of the site
C. Air Pollution: No use shall be permitted which emits any
air pollutant detectable by the human senses without the
aid of instruments beyond the boundaries of the site.
