This is to notify you that an expressive activity ordinance will be presented for City Council
consideration on May 14, 2019. This item was previously scheduled for the May 7, 2019, City
Council meeting; however, it has been postponed to accommodate discussion of the Palomar
Airport Settlement Agreement on that agenda.
Staff will notify representatives of the North County Civil Liberties Coalition and other
interested stakeholders of this change.
