Additional Information to 5/23 Memo andum -Romeria Pointe Apartments
A Council Memorandum was recently distributed on May 23, 2019, regarding the appeal of the
Planning Commission's approval of the Romeria Point Apartments Project (project), and
included advance copies of documents related to the project. Below is a link to additional
information related to this project, which includes the full geotechnical report:

A hardcopy of the full geotechnical report is on file in the City Clerk's Office.
As stated in the prior Council Memorandum, the appeal is scheduled to be heard by the City
Council on June 11, 2019.
