This memo focuses on actions and information that are new since the last update. Also please see: 9-3-20 Memo - Special Preparation for a safe Labor Day Weekend during COVID19 Pandemic Emergency Operations Center • Emergency Operations Center activated to support COVID-19 mitigation and response operations and information sharing. Before the pandemic, this database was only available to Carlsbad library patrons while inside the library. In March, the vendor began allowing external access to its library subscribers at no extra charge and has been extending this service monthly. This latest extension is the first three-month extension.
