This memo focuses on actions and information that are new since the last update. Emergency Operations Center • Emergency Operations Center activated to support COVID-19 mitigation and response operations and information sharing. Maltese cuisine including stuffed eggplant and baked pasta is next. o History Mystery - Historic and current images of two Carlsbad locations including Carlsbad Boulevard and a neighborhood street in La Costa featured in 10 Years of Carlsbad magazine were shared and revealed on the Friends of Carrillo Ranch Facebook and Instagram pages. • Began oversight of a new agreement with Urban Corps of San Diego for citywide parks sanitation services due to COVID-19 Impacts, as approved by the City Council last week.
