INSTRUCTIONS TO VOTERS: To vote cai: any meastffe, stamp
a cross C + ) in the voting square after the word "Yes" cat after the word "No." All marks, except the cross (+)
are forbidden; All distinguishing marks or erasures are forbidden and make the
ballot void.
If you wrondy stamp, tear or deface (his ballot, retum it to the inspector of election and obtain another.
On absent voter ballots mark a cross (+ ) with pen, or pencil.

BOND PROPOSITION: Shall the City of Carlsbad Incur a bonded
indebtedness In the principal amount of $295,000 foor the purpose of the
acquisition and construction by said city of a certain municipal improve>-
ment, to wit: the construction of a building to house the mtmicipal
library of said city and the acquisition of .furniture, furnishings, fixtures
and equipment necessary for said library\building?
