NOTICE RE ARGUMENTS
I, MARGARET E. ADAMS, City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, do hereby certify
that on September 4, , 1968, I caused to be posted on a
bulletin board at or near the entrance to the Council
Chambers in said City a notice to electors of
date after which no arguments for or against a City measure may
be submitted to the City Clerk.
