DECLARING THE RESULTS 0? TEE ELECTION
OF THE CITY OP CARLSBAD CONSOLIDATED
, WITH THE STATEWIDE DIRECT PRIMARY
OP JUNE 6, 1972.
On motion of Supervisor Craven , seconded by
Supervisor Boney the following resolution is adopted:
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad requested that this Board
consolidate the election of said city on the hereinafter
designated propositions with the Statewide Direct Primary
Election of June 6, 1972 (Document No. 452556); and
WHEREAS, this Board ordered the consolidation of said
election with said statewide primary election March 21, 1972
No. 55; and
WHEREAS, said consolidated election was called, held
and conducted in the manner required by law' and on June 21,
1972, the Registrar of Voters of the County of San Diego
certified to this Board the results of the canvass of said
consolidated election (Document No. 456864); and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of this Board has entered upon the
records of this Board a statement of said results; NOW THEREFORE
IT IS RESOLVED AND DECLARED that the results of said
election are as follows:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Board certify
said results to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad.
