my professional opinion all work incorporated in the grading plans, authorized
under the grading permit, Rancho Santa Fe Road within the referenced stations
have been constructed to the lines and grades in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and any approved revisions thereto.
For stockpile limits, Stations 177+00 through 181+00 refer to soil's report for
rock depth elevation tests;, -
