Once the new pipeline is installed and passes inspection, the street will be resurfaced. The entire project is anticipated to be complete in July 2015. Construction Hours: Monday to Friday (7.00 a.m. to 4 p.m.) How your neighborhood may be impacted: Temporary "No Parking" signs will be placed 48 hours before construction activities start. Towing will be enforced. Lane closures, detours, and restricted access during working hours are expected. Extreme CAUTION is advised during and after construction hours due to heavy equipment parked on sides of street in the effort to avoid destroying the street by their excess travel.
