The following report contains theresu1ts of density test Nos.' 1 thru4 taken
on the subject project on August 7 and 28, 1959, Refer to the enclosed Plot
Plan for location of the tests. ...- '. . ..
All tests were taken in cut areas where the natural soil had been scarified
and recompacted0 No 3fi1] material was placed on the project. All tests were
found to be above ninety (90) per cant of Maximum Density
COMPACTION STANDARD .. -
AASHO T99-49 with the following modifications: 10poundhaer; 18 inch drop;
25 blows per layer on 3 layers; 1/30 cubic. foot mold.
