Please be advised that on Friday Jun&27th, 2008, I visited the site of the project mentioned above and
observed the grading and construction that has taken place The following is a list of items and their
respective completion status

Remedial grading - 1 100% complete
Site grading and earthwork - 95% complete
Site retaining walls (non building walls) - 90% complete
V S V V) V S V While the water and sewer services are not yet installed, I find that the site is more than 75% complete
regarding the grading construction activities as called for on the,above mentioned plans
