On Friday, June 20, 2008, I surveyed the various rough graded pads on the
above referenced project. I found them to be in substantial conformahce [plusor
minus .1' ] with the design pad grades of 107:5 for the front garage, 108.2 for
the house pad, and 107.7 for the rear garage, all on the approved plans.
This certification does not include soil compaction which is under the review of
others. •00
