Ladies and Gentlemen:
In accordance with a request from Strongside Builders Inc., Christian Wheeler Engineering has prepared this
letter to confirm that mass grading supporting the proposed structures for the subject project has been
completed. In general, grading was performed in accordance with the recommendations contained in the
referenced Geotechnical Report. An As-Graded Geotechnical Report describing the observations and testing
performed during grading is forthcoming. It is our opinion that the building pad is ready to receive the
proposed improvements.
