The rough grade elevations for the points in the interior of the pad were found to be 42.0' as established relative to City Bench Mark BM-10A. This measured elevation and the line and grade of manufactured slopes are in substantial conformance with the City approved Minor Grading Plan for 4419 Park Drive.
