Rough Grading Certification
Dear Al:
Michael P. Allen, L.S. 6056 has provided this firm with a
survey of the rough graded pads for Crean and Atkinson Halls on the
Army and Navy Academy campus. A copy of this survey and a
certification letter from Mr. Allen's firm is enclosed for your
reference. The plan specifies a pad elevation of 46.2. The as-
built grades vary from 46.1 to 46.7. Assuming that the contractor
corrects these grades to fall between 46.1 and 46.3, and that the
top of slope does not fall within the building envelope, then based
upon the survey performed by Michael Allen, I certify that the pads
have been graded in substantial conformance with the approved
precise grading plan.
