Subject: Rough Grading Certification for the Lot located at 2339 Piô Pico Drive,
Carlsbad, CA. (APN: 156-350-09)(CDP 99-18)(DWG 388-1A)
Gentlemen:
Pursuant to the. City of Carlsbad requirements, the following information is
presented for the subject project.
Grading for the subject project was completed on September 29, 2000.
Based on our inspections and testing during grading and as depicted in our Final
Compaction Report dated 29 September, 2000, it is our opinion that the work
performed during that period has been found to be in conformance with the
requirements of our Preliminary Geotechnical Soils Investigation Report dated 27
June, 1998. All engineered grading, lOt drainage, drainage facilities, and erosion
control measures have been constructed in substantial conformance with the
Approved Plans and Specifications, the Permit, and the City of Carlsbad Grading
Ordinance.
