Also, was reinstalling earth berm anchor. Was informed by foreman Danny Blosch that WL would be reloaded by 11:30 a.m. Was requested to return to site @approx, 12:30 p.m. to test 1211 temp. above-ground WL. 2) Testing of 12" temp. above-ground WL was started @approx. 12:30 p.m. Walked line; there were no visible leaks @joints. Line was pumped to 200 PSI and in 1 hour, PSI did not drop. Pressure test of WL passed. Contractor started flushing WL. Chlorine residual was taken; residual was 50+ PPM. Contractor requested BacT be taken tomorrow @2 :00 p.m. Stopped by Dist. and informed Dist. Super. Kurt Musser of contractor's request. Was informed that TB on 12" go0 bend would be poured @approx. 3:00 p.m. 4) Contractor completed tie-in to 16" ACP @approx. 3:15 p.m. and poured TB on 12" go0 bend.
