Dear Engineers and Inspectors:
Based on a field survey conducted by Spears and Associates on April 24, 2006, the building pads
of Lots 2 and 3 of Map No. 15253 are substantially located in accordance with the building pad
locations on the approved grading plan drawing 418-6A, replacement sheets 3 and 4. The
surveyed pad elevations are within ± 0.1 ft. of the pad elevations shown on the same approved
plan.
