Per your request, Nolte'Siirveycrews have performed a field survey on the above'eferened
project. The field survey was performed on February 10, 2003 (Pads 1 through 11) and April11,.
2003 (Pad 12 and the Sanctuary Pad) The grading plans used for reference are titled "Grading
Plans For: Redeemer by the Sea - Lutheran Church of Carlsbad - Drawing No. 403 - 5A" with no : signature date'. . S . . .
The tolerance for the certification assumes + / - 0 1 1 feet vertically and 0 feet n hozontally
Based on the field surveys'performèd on the 2 dates stated above, the ;grading for Pads 1 throu-gh'1.2
and the Sanctuary Pad are in substantial conformance with the aforementioned plans' and. '
