I hereby approve the rough grading for the referenced building lots in
accordance with my responsibilities under the City of Carlsbad Grading and
Excavation Code Rough Grading has been completed within 0.1 of a foot of the
approved grading plan designed elevations per a field survey performed on July
23 2003 under my supervision The condition of the lots at the time of our
certification check was dirt with no swales, retaining walls, or landscaping.
