accordance with. my'responsibilities under the City of Carlsbad Grading and
Excavation Code Rough Grading has been completed within 0 1 of a foot of the
approved grading plan designed elevations, per a field survey performed on July
23, 2003 under m/.supervision. The condition of the lots at the time of our
certification check was dirt with no swales, retaining walls, or landscaping.
