I hereby approve the rough grading for the referenced uUdJots in:
accordance with my responsibilities under the City of Carlsbad Grading and
Excavation Code. Rough Grading has been completed within 0.1 of a foot of the
approved grading plan designed elevations. The condition of the building lots at
the time of our certification check was dirt with no swales, retaining walls, or
landscaping.
