Dear Mr. Arriaga:
In accordance with your request, SCST, Inc. (SCST) provided geotechnical observation and
compaction testing during earthwork preparation for the subject previously mass graded building
pad. The tested fill and subgrade material exceeded the 90% relative compaction specification.
Based on our testing, the grading operation was performed in general accordance with our
recommendations (referenced), the project specifications and local grading ordinances. If you
