SUBJECT: Robertson Ranch East Village— Pad Certification for Glen Ridge
To Whom It May Concern:
Project Design Consultants (PDC) has field verified the pad elevations shown on sheet 5 of the
Grading Plans for Glen Ridge, Drawing No. 450-6A, as prepared by O'Day Consultants. Based
upon the survey data obtained November 16, 2007, the building pads have been graded in
conformance with the approved grading plans ± 0.1-feet. PDC makes no representation as to
the pad elevations or grading condition of the pads since the above date of survey.
