The purpose of this update study was to review our previous geotechnical report (Leighton, 2014), and to provide additional geotechnical recommendations. We also performed a site visit on' May 201 2015 to observe the current site conditions. Based on our observations of the current site conditions and review of the referenced project geotechnical document, the geotechnical conditions of the subject site have not •. changed since the completion of our geotechnical report (Leighton, 2014). The conclusions and recommendations in this letter are based in part upon data that were obtained from a limited number of observations, site visits, excavations, samples, and tests Such information is by necessity incomplete The nature of many sites is such that differing geotechnical or geological conditions can occur within small distances and under varying 'climatic conditions.
