Based upon our surveys on November 30, 2006 through December 8, 2006, the rough .
grading for land development has been completed within standard tolerance (0.10 feet) in
accordance with the approved plans and that all embankments and cut slopes and pad
sizing are as shown on the approved plans. .. . .
We request the release of pads for building permits for
