Based upon the survey data obtained March 10, 2011, these lots have been graded in conformance with the approved grading plans within ± 0.10-foot. These lots were previously verified and a letter issued to the City of Carlsbad on June 29, 2005. Lot 7 has a pad design elevation of 305.5-feet. The shots taken on this pad (6) have a range of a high of 305.51-feet to a low of 305.40-feet with an average of 305.46-feet. Lot 13 has a pad design elevation of 314.0-feet. The shots taken on this pad (9) have a range of a high of 314.10-feet to a low of 313.94-feet with an average of 314.01-feet. Sincerely, Larry.
