In accordance with the request of City. of-,Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that
grading of Lots 19 and 51 through 60 of the subject development is complete As indicated in the
referenced reports, from a geotechnical engineenng standpoint, earthwork operations were performed
in substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical report
It is our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned
improvements All conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report
remain applicable
