Grading Plans and Erosion Control Plans for. La Costa Greens Neighborhood
1.08, prepared by Hunsaker and Associates, City of Carlsbad approval dated
May 6, 2004.
Gentlemen:
In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that
grading of Lots 77, 81 and 82 of the subject development is complete. As indicated in the referenced
reports, from a geotechnical engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were performed in
substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical report.
It is our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned
improvements. All conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report
remain applicable.
