In accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that,
. grading of Lots 63 through 76 of the subject development is complete. As indicated in the referenced
reports, from a geotechnical engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were' performed in
substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical report
It is our 'opinion that all building, pads havebeen properly graded and are-ready-to receive the planned
improvements. All conclusions and recommendàtidns 'presented in the referenced, update report
