Gentlemen:
In. accordance with the request of City of Carlsbad, this letter has been prepared to confirm that
grading of Lots 5 through 8 and 44 through 53 of the subject development is complete. As indicated
in the referenced reports, from a geotechnical engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were
performed in substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical
report. . .
It is our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned
improvements. All conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report
remain applicable. .
