F On July 30, 2004, field measurements were taken for the, above,
referenced site using the benchmark shown on the approved grading
.3 —: plan. The pad elevations for Lots 1 through 12 were found to be in
substantial conformance with the grading plan (plus or minus 0 10')
,4 The private street, Lot 13 was also found to conform to the above said
L grading plan
Between 5 and 7 elevations were measured for each lot with numerous
elevations measured on Lot 13
