RE: Certification of Pad Grade for Villa 50 of the City of Carlsbad Drawing No. 428-913, Project
No. CT 03-02, Grading and Erosion Control Plans for Carlsbad Ranch, Planning Area No. 5,
Resort Site - Villas 50-52
To whom it my concern,
Excel Engineering performed a field survey on April 30, 2008 to confirm finish
pad grade for the referenced site. A minimum of 9 shots was taken. The finished pad
grade is as follows: -
Pad Elevations Design Elevation
Villa 50 196.03 196.05
The maximum deviation from design to finish pad for said pad was found to be 0.1'. The pad is
in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan. -
