RE: Certification of Pad Grade for Villa 52 of the City of Carlsbad Drawing No. 428-91), Project
No. CT 03-02, Grading and Erosion Control Plans for Carlsbad Ranch, Planning Afea No. 5, Resort Site - Villas 50-52
To whom, it my concern,
Excel Engineering performed a field survey on May 24, 2010 to confirm finish pad grade
for the referenced site. A minimum of 9 shots was taken. The finished pad grade is as. follows:
Pad Elevations Design Elevation
Villa 52

The maximum deviation from design to finish pad for said pad was found to be 0.1'. The.pad is
in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan.
