Per your request, we have prepared this letter to certify that remedial grading for Villa
65 building pad at the Marbrisa Resorts was accomplished in general accordance with
the approved plans, specifications and geotechnical investigation.
Remedial grading for the building pad was performed in 2012. Because of the length
of time that has elapsed from the original grading the upper 18 inches of finished
grade soils were re-worked by removal/scarification, moisture conditioning and re-
compaction. The resent grading occurred between July 16 and 18, 2014. Based on
our observations and the results of our tests the building pad construction complies
