Remedial grading for the building pad was performed in 2012. Because of the length of time that has elapsed from the original grading the upper 18 inches of finished grade soils were re-worked by removal/scarification, moisture conditioning and re- compaction. The resent grading occurred between July 16 and 18, 2014.
