Hotel 2-Phase 1
To whom it my concern,
Excel Engineering performed a field survey on January 17, 2007 to confirm the
pad grade for the referenced site. A maximum of 29 shots was taken. The finished pad
grade is as follows:
Pad Field Pad Elevation Design Pad Elevation
Hotel 2 Upper Level 233.54 233.55
The maximum deviation from design to finish pad for said pad was found to be 0.1'. The pad is
in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan.
