RE: Certification of Pad Grade for Villa 68 of the City of Carlsbad Drawing No. 428-9G, Project
No. CT 03-02, Grading Plans for Carlsbad Ranch, Planning Area No. 5, Resort Site - Phase 2
To whom it my concern,
Excel Engineering performed a field survey on March 20, 2012 to confirm finish
pad grade for the referenced site. A minimum of 7 shots were taken and the finished pad
grade is as follows:
Pad Average Pad Elevation Design Pad Elevation
Villa 68 190.58 190.56
The maximum deviation from design to finish pad for said pad was found to be 0.06'. The pad is
in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan.
