Excel Engineering perfoth'ed a field suryey on..March 20, 2012 to confirmfinish
pad grade for the referenced site .,A minimum of 4 shots were taken and the finished pad
grade is as'follbws:
Pad Average Pad Elevation Design Pad Elevation
Activity Center 189.97
The maximum deviation from design to finish pad for said pad was found to be 0.07".i The pad is
in substantial conformance with the approved' grading plan.
