Dear Mr. O'Boyle:
In. accordance with your request, we have performed a site reconnaissance on September 6, 2006
for the subject site and found that the existing site conditions are generally the same as those
described in the above-referenced soils report. Therefore, the recommendations presented in the
report are considered valid and applicable to the proposed site development. Any deviation from
the said recommendations contained in the referenced report, will be based upon actual field
conditions observed during site grading and will be documented in the final soils report.
Henceforth, we assume the responsibility of the Geotechnical Engineer of Record on this project.
