The site was previously gra d e d u n d e r t h e o b s e r v a t i o n a n d t e s t i n g services of Geocon, as documented in the referenced rep o r t a b o v e . T h e f i n a l g r a d i n g f o r t h e subject building pads has been completed, however, u t i l i t y e a r t h w o r k a n d s t r e e t g r a d i n g operations for the remainder of the site are ongoing as o f t h e d a t e o f t h i s l e t t e r .
