In accordance' with the request of City of Carl sbad,,this letter has been prepared to confirm that grading
of Lots 51 through 59. and 76 through 87 of the subject development is complete. As indicated in the
referenced reports, from a geotechnical engineering standpoint, earthwork operations were performed
in substantial conformance with the referenced grading plan and project geotechnical report
It is our opinion that all building pads have been properly graded and are ready to receive the planned
improvements All conclusions and recommendations presented in the referenced update report remain
applicable
